Okay, maybe not that far into the beginning. But suffice to say that cooking, eating, and treat making is in my blood. A career waitress turned baker turned chocolatier. Self-taught kitchen wizard. Constantly evolving and learning, creating unique flavor combinations is where I thrive.
Started the biz in June of 2019, and then 2020 happened. Most of my business during that time was free deliveries, distance bonding, pop-up shops around Salem and the surrounding areas. Working directly with wineries doing pairings and infusions and working with other small businesses has got me to where I am today.
Winery events, weddings, celebrations of life, birthday parties, small parties, large gatherings, etc and creating a unique and delectable experience is my goal always.
In addition to truffling, I work with local churches doing events, community dinners, youth mission trips, and any food related adventures.
Working with the small business community on collaborations—honoring other artists, creators, and makers of all the things is the most valuable and fulfilling support system we have.
Many local wineries either add truffles to their charcuterie boards or create their own varieties to honor their wines.
